Ordering

Our roast dates are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We post our coffees every Monday. Orders confirmed before noon of every Saturday will be posted on the subsequent Monday. For wholesale or urgent orders, please contact us directly. 

Currently we provide whole beans only. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all ordering information provided during checkout is complete and final. We will not accept post-checkout changes on any orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reasons. 

Delivery

All local orders will be delivered via Standard Local Mail by Hongkong Post. 

All international orders will be delivered via Registered Air Mail by Hongkong Post. 

If you need any other delivery options please let us know prior to checkout. 

Local delivery will normally take 1-3 days. International delivery time will vary depending on end location and their customs/ importing requirements. We will however not take responsibility for any delayed delivery. 

It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that complete and accurate delivery information have been provided during checkout. We will not take responsibility for missing or faulty delivery due to the customer's failure to comply with such. 

Return, Exchange, Refund

The roast of all our coffees are pre-defined. All customers are deemed to accept such upon their order confirmation. Roast design will not be a reason for return, exchange and/or refund. 

In cases that the beans are found to be faulty, please give us a notification within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will inform you of return, exchange and/or refund arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for goods returned to us without such prior notice as stated above. The amount will be determined by us on a case-by-case basis. 

Privacy

We will never distribute or sell your personal information to any other third party without having your prior agreement. We will however contact you to provide news, product updates, and/or other offers from us, unless we have been instructed otherwise.
