We experiments with coffee roasting.

Friday Coffee Roasters is a Hong Kong based micro roastery with a focus on single origin coffee. We are full time coffee lovers, every now and then cupping session hosts, and occasionally baristas at pop up brewing events.

Our major activities are: 

- Single origin coffee roasting

- Green coffee beans supply

- Tailormade roast/ blend design

We believe in interactions and collaborations.
